My blog has been changed to make it more appealing for those who have New England ancestors and want to see the area through photos. Things I’ll include are typical white New England churches, libraries showing their genealogical collection, historical societies, cemeteries, war memorials, in general, anything to do with history.
For four years I’ve blogged mostly about my personal genealogy in New England (Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, and New Hampshire), New York, New Jersey, Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, and the Eastern Townships of Quebec, Canada. I still will, can’t forget my own roots.
Please check out the labels on the right side for articles. The header tabs at the top are a work in progress.

So demure, Barb, for one so stylish! Was that an Easter bonnet in the first picture?
Love this!!
Very cute photos! What a fashion plate!
Oh so cute! I especially love the yellow dress!
how wonderful think I will go and find some old clothing pictures of me to post.
Great sense of style! I wish I could say I had that sense when I was younger....
Thank you all for your comments. Remember, that was then...you should see me now! I loved clothes. Re: the top picture, no it wasn't a Easter hat and that pic. was taken in Montreal, Canada where a friend and I went up there for the week. That dress and the yellow one were both lined. I want my old hair back. I want my old figure back!
These were really fun to see! Thanks for sharing your 'runway' photos with us!
Very stylish, Barbara! :-)
Susan at Nolichucky Roots, nothing like replying 2 years later. No, it was just a hat (one of one I ever wore!).
