I, Zobeide DeWolf of the Town of Stafford County of Genesee and State of New York, do make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, in manner and form following, that is to say :
First.-- I direct the payment of my just debts, if any.
Second.--I give and bequeath my real estate consisting of my house and two acres of land be the same more or less and the other buildings thereon to my daughter Emily J. Mann.
Third.--I give and bequeath to each of my children an equal part of my personal property.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the twentieth day of November, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three.

The above partly written and partly printed instrument was subscribed by the said Zobeide in our presence and acknowledged by her to each of us ; and she at the same time declared the above instrument so subscribed by her to be her last Will and Testament ; and we, at her request, sign our names as attesting witnesses hereto, in her presence, and in the presence of each other, and write opposite our names our respective places of residence.

To Lydia A. Kellogg, Mary C. Tuttle, John H. DeWolf, Sprague P. DeWolf, Emily J. Mann, Albert DeWolf, Sanford E. DeWolf, Helen I. Sanford, Henry C. DeWolf, Nancy A. Ball and Zeboida Gray, heirs at law and next of kin of Zobeida [sic] DeWolf late of the town of Bethany in the County of Genesee, deceased, GREETING :
You and each of you are cited to appear before the Surrogate of the County of Genesee, at his office in the town of Batavia, in said County, on the 23rd day of May 1898, at ten o'clock, in the forenoon of that day, to attend the proof and probate of the last Will and Testament of said deceased, which related to real and personal estate, and is presented for proof and probate by Orin J. DeWolf Executor therein named.
And those of you who are under the age of twenty-one years are required to appear by your guardian, if you have one ; if you have none, that you appear and apply for one to be appointed. In the event of your neglect or failure to do, a guardian will be appointed by the Surrogate to represent and act for you in this proceeding.
